The Curv’s density is best described as firm but soft on the skin with just the right amount of give when pressure is applied. The foam density is key to safely loosening tight muscles in the neck region which allows the shape of the Curv to help restore natural spine curvature when used regularly.

Recommendation: If you find the Curv is too rigid in the beginning you can lay a towel over the Curv to provide some extra padding.

While individual results may vary, most people see results with the Curv in their first 10 minute session. Experience incremental progress with continued daily use & remember that 10 minutes is the chiropractor's maximum recommended use per day.
