All ChiroLux products are shipped, stored, designed in San Fransisco and are assembled in China under ethical work conditions.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, click the SHOP NOW tab. Enter your billing and shipping information and upon finalizing your purchase, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your email. Students should contact their Student Reps before ordering to receive a discount. 

 

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and all major Credit/Debit cards. We also offer an interest free payment plan broken into four easy auto drafted payments.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes! International shipping is available. However to save the customer costs on shipping we strongly encourage purchasing from our International Distributors. For further details please email us at [email protected]

Do you offer group order discounts?

Group and bulk order discounts are offered for orders of 15 tables or more. Once a group has been organized please email us at [email protected] We provide a Discount Code to be used by individuals. Once payment has been received the Tables will be shipped to a single destination. 

 

Do you sell used tables?

Sorry, we only sell new tables. Most of our customers keep them for a long time – if you find a used table for sale, consider yourself lucky!

How do I become a Student Rep for my college?

How do I clean the vinyl?

With normal day to day use, the ChiroLux vinyl can be cleaned and maintained with warm water and neutral soap. Rinsing is important to clear all chemicals from vinyl which could potentially damage and cause premature cracks. Areas coming in contact with hair, body oils or perspiration should be washed frequently. Remove stains promptly to prevent the possibility of them becoming permanent.

What is the weight limit?

ChiroLux Tables utilize aircraft grade aluminum in combination with a unique no slip self locking mechanism which allows for maximum durability. Weight on top of the table is designed to be evenly distributed. Failure to do so, could result in a buckling of the table. To prevent injury or harm to the table or person, do not stand or jump on table. To see each Tables recommend max weight, please head over to the ChiroLux Plus and ChiroLux Classic pages. 

 

How do I set my table height?

The table height is the measurement from the floor to the top of the table’s cushions. We typically recommend a height from the floor to the bottom or middle of your patella, taking into consideration your body proportions, adjusting style and shoes that you typically wear.

What is your warranty?

The 1 year extended warranty covers any defective materials and/or craftsmanship from the manufacture. Our products are manufactured to extremely high standards and are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to shipping. The warranty, which is nontransferable, does not include any damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Such as but not limited to the following (1. Excess combination of patient weight and force into the Table, 2. Standing, jumping or walking on the Table, 3. Failure to properly & securely set the Table up before use). Cost of shipping not included in warranty returns.

 

What is your return policy?

We take pride in designing and manufacturing quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Following delivery, if you choose to make a return you have 30 days to return your order for a refund or an exchange, excluding shipping. All returns, exchanges and order cancellations with be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone depending on the circumstance.
