United StatesWarning; NOT FOR ANTERIOR ADJUSTING.
I have respected ChiroLux tables and other their other accessories and utilize them on a daily basis. This board however is not for anterior adjusting as advertised, the vinal is way too loose and the firmness is minimal, I laterally cannot use it. My one star comes from the customer service experience. After expressing my concerns and disappointment and providing a photo of the faulty item, I was told it is on me to cover costs to return the item, take the hit from previous shipping costs as well as pay a 15% restock fee. I understand fully if it were simply a change of mind, but this is due to poor production and receiving an item that was not marketed correctly. I am very disappointed and sorry to see they do not stand behind their products when many other companies out there will. They have lost a customer and my support.

I am a chiropractor who has a mobile chiro clinic in LA California. This SOT Chiro Board is perfect because its light weight but still durable enough for heavy anterior dorsal style adjustments which I preform a lot of. 10/10 would recommend this product again.
