I'm really excited about this purchase. Nice, smooth, fairly quiet, adjustable drop and easy to use and place for spinal and extremity adjusting. It does everything I need it to do and it does it very well. The only thing is that it's a bit heavier than I expected and even hoped for. However, I'll manage. Still very happy with my purchase.

I wish the drop handle pulled up to set rather than pushed down, but other than that it works great.

Pleased with this for sure. I've used it on very heavy patients and it works every time. I wish it had two handles to engage the drop and that the handle pulled upwards instead of down. When you push it down to engage the drop it sometimes runs into the table. Other than those two things it's great.
Can you describe the responsiveness of the tension control?
Can I use this drop piece with my own table or do I need to match it with a Chirolux table?
