The padding is great and the outer material is very soft. The main complaint is that there is not Velcro on each of the ends only in the middle of the pad and it causes the pad to move around and not stay in place.

The 1 year extended warranty covers any defective materials and/or craftsmanship from the manufacture.

What is your return policy?

Following delivery, if you choose to make a return you have 30 days to return your order for a refund or an exchange, excluding shipping.
